Cycle Real Estate, Inc. is a locally owned Property Management Company that has been serving Western Washington since 1995. Our management services have been ongoing since 1985 in Thurston County.

The name Cycle Real Estate, Inc. is based on the cycling trends of Real Estate. We manage properties at all rent levels ranging from studio apartments to large executive style homes.

Our services include Professional Property Management and Leasing Services for all types of income producing properties. These include Apartment Complexes (with and without on site managers), single family residential properties, office buildings, retail strip centers, restaurant space, homeowner and condominium association management.

Cycle Real Estate, Inc. also Brokers Investment Properties. We are members of the Commercial Brokers Association and the Northwest Multiple Listing Services.

The staff of Cycle Real Estate consists of knowledgeable professionals skilled in leasing, sales and property management services, as well as dedicated office and maintenance personnel. Our office hours are 8-5 PM Monday-Friday, evenings and weekends by appointment only.

Dan Pate is the managing Broker/Owner with over twenty four years of active Real Estate expertise and over twenty years of successful Property Management and Commercial Sales and Leasing services. Cycle Real Estate celebrated its 10 year anniversary in April of 2005.
