first application and $20.00 for every application there after.

a credit investigation involving the statements made on the application

tenancy at the above property is being initiated by Cycle Real Estate, Inc. I
hereby agree to authorize Cycle Real Estate, Inc. to do their verification on
all of the
above information including but not limited to credit reports, character
reports, criminal reports, income verification and rental history.
Said screening fee is Non-Refundable.
I
hereby understand that I acquire no rights to this rental unit until I sign an
agreement in the form submitted to me and remit a holding fee of $100 on
the rental
unit I have selected. This holding fee will be held in
accordance with the rental agreement. In return for the landlord's holding the
unit for me, I herby waive all
rights to the return of this holding fee. The holding fee will be held as
liquidated damages in the event that I do not choose to enter into the agreement
